Excellent friendly service as always

I use Kingfisher electrics for all my own domestic issues and also as a landlord for several properties. I have always found the company efficient and easy to deal with.

About 2 weeks ago, some of the lights in our church hall suddenly stopped working. After discovering that our usual electrician was too busy to help, we called Kingfisher. They were also extremely busy, but thankfully, they were able to squeeze us in. They were prompt, kind, professional, and didn't overcharge either. Thanks, Steve and Toby, for your help - Merry Christmas.

Kingfisher recently conducted an EICR followed by remedial works at our property. The team were efficient and tidy; there was lots of clear communication and the work was completed promptly. Very pleased with their service and we will be using again.

Kingfisher engineers arrived on time and completed the works that were requested. They were reasonably priced and left the area tidy once complete. Would happily recommend them.

I have used Kingfisher Electrics for a few jobs and I always find them efficient, very professional and the team extremely knowledgeable. Recently they reviewed my apartment's EICR certificate and carried out a range of repairs.The team were extremely pleasant, informative and worked really hard. They replaced the old consumer unit and carried out various other repairs. I wouldn't use another company for my electrical work.

Initial call got repair heater,. However the heater sas unrepairable so a quote for a replacement was provided. Options were offered, and priced. Once my chosen option was selected the job was completed as arranged for the given price. The work was very satisfactory.

Recessed five wall sockets and fixed a lighting fault. Very efficient - I got a quote really quickly, and they turned up exactly on time. They did an excellent job for an excellent price. Highly recommended.

From the first phone call until the end of the rewiring job, Kingfisher has been a model of professionalism. As a disabled lady with some speech and mobility issues, Steve was patient and supportive on the phone and Ash and Toby excellent at describing what the issue was and patient in ensuring I understood what remedial work was required. Kingfisher Electrics responded immediately to my request to perform an electrical safety check on a property and identified several issues which they dealt with speedily, efficiently and professionally. They gave us a fairly priced and detailed quote, showed up on time, completed the work in exactly the time frame they quoted, and perfectly cleaned up after themselves. Steve and his team are the best! Steve oozes integrity, professionalism and serious skill and expertise and I felt like my flat was in the best possible hands immediately. The team works fast, neatly and efficiently. In addition, Steve and the team are creative, they think along, they solve problems by offering solutions that a lay person just couldn't think of. I for example was worried about keeping cost down and Steve then asked me some questions about a storage heater he had noticed in my flat, something which had little to do with the renovations at hand, and was able to knock hundreds of £ off the bill by understanding my needs and creating an intelligent solution which would also work for me long term. Most importantly for me is that Steve is flawlessly reliable, trustworthy and genuine and you immediately feel as though your big brother is sorting your flat out for you, you're safe and kept in mind. This is priceless for me and I was able to let the team get on with the work whilst I went to work, which speeded things up enormously. Steve clearly knows his trade and seems to work tirelessly for his clients. They finished in my flat at 5pm after 2 days of work. My flat was on the market and had its first lot of viewings the next morning. Steve worked double time to create the Report which I wanted to show potential buyers and I had it well in time! Very fast response. Problem diagnosed and fixed in under 30 minutes. The problem we had was potentially dangerous so we were very relieved to have a super-professional electrician make our home safe again. Steve had the parts required in his van and the charge for parts and labour was very reasonable. We recently had some electric heaters installed by Kingfisher in our rental flat. From start to finish we were well informed of the procedure and Kingfisher quickly responded to our questions regarding the heating controls. Kingfisher also responded very quickly to some additional technical queries we had on our heating units. They are efficient and friendly to deal with, and the heaters look great. We would definitely not hesitate to use them again.
